10 Ways To Practice SELF-CARE

Hey Loves!

I've been wanting to write about this topic for such a long time. I can't stress enough how much Self-Care is necessary. It's important to care for others but do we often treat ourselves with that same level of kindness??? In my case, No but I've started implementing "Me Time" into my daily routine.

Self-Care reduces stress, improves both mental and physical health and just overall makes you happy and increases positivity.
It is important to practice Self-Care as it is a little reminder that taking care of yourself is necessary too!

So, here are ten simple Self-care habits you can try:

1) Have a Pamper Routine 
Burn your favourite candle, have a long hot bath and maybe do a face mask. Deep condition your hair, give yourself a manicure or pedicure and just RELAX.

2) Make a Gratitude List or Write in a journal

Make a list and write down everything you're thankful for. Take this time to reflect and maybe think of your goals and how you will achieve them.

3) Declutter Your Space 

Try to donate things you don't need or want anymore. Just get rid of the extra stuff. A clean environment is key.

4) Digital Detox

Try doing a Digital Detox. No electronics for a whole day!

5) Meditate

Meditate and practice mindfulness.

6) Listen to your favourite playlist

Music really helps in relieving tension and creating positive vibes.

7) Read your favourite book

8) Stetch or join a Yoga Class

9) Learn how to say NO

10) Make a Vision Board

🌟 Just put on some clean PJ's and grab a hot cup of coffee! Just enjoy and relax.
